AMP Claims & Support

AMP offers a Claims Concierge service and takes great pride in its personalisation, responsiveness and flexibility. The service will provide you with a dedicated claims assessor and give you the choice of how and when you want to be contacted. AMP is dedicated to the prompt assessment of claims, and commits to notify you of its initial assessment by the next business day after receiving all the necessary information about your claim.

If you need to make a claim under one of your AMP life insurance policies you will need to:

  1. Call 1300 Life Insurance’s team of experienced claims advisors, or contact AMP’s Claims Concierge direct

    • by telephone: 1300 366 214 for sickness or injury claims or 1300 373 654 for death claims
    • through their online claims notification service
    • or by mail at PO Box 300, PARRAMATTA NSW 2150
  2. Provide AMP with all the information they need to process your claim. This may include statements from your doctor and other medical specialists, as well as release forms allowing them to access your Medicare records.

1300 Life Insurance’s supportive claims advisors can work with you and the AMP claims team to guide you through the process and ensure that everything is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible.


Rehabilitation Services

AMP offers a comprehensive rehabilitation program to its customers at no additional cost, to help you get back on your feet following an accident or injury.

Rehabilitation services include access to a range of physical and psychological therapies provided by AMP’s dedicated network of affiliated health professionals, as well as vocational services such as skills assessments, business coaching and practical help with writing your resume or preparing for job interviews.
