CommInsure Claims

CommInsure is committed to paying all genuine and valid claims promptly and efficiently.

If you need to make a claim for one of the elements in your CommInsure Protection Total Care Plan or Income Care policy you can contact CommInsure's Claims Assist Line on 1800 221 516 from 8am-8pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday. Your claims assistant will talk you through the claims process and send you the forms you'll need to complete.

If your life insurance policy is held by your superannuation fund you will have to contact them to make the claim on your behalf.

Alternatively you can contact 1300 Life Insurance. Our experienced claims advisors will guide you through the process of making your claim and help you to complete the necessary forms. We can work closely with your CommInsure claims assistant to make sure that your claim is processed as quickly and painlessly as possible.
